Qualifications

• Formal supervision of employees and staff development.
• Respond to tenant needs and ensure services comply with policies and standards.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets and explain variances.
• Market, lease, and show space to prospective tenants; negotiate leases and renewals.
• Provide lease analysis and coordinate legal actions as necessary.
• Oversee vendor contracts and service levels; ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Respond to tenant needs; coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
• Inspect property and manage maintenance, alterations and reconditioning.
• Market and lease property; qualify and show space; negotiate leases/renewals.
• Act as primary contact with owners; prepare reports.
• Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
• Collect rent and manage expense payments; issue notices and actions.
• Review CAM recovery charges and reconcile rents.
• Support property sales through due diligence and broker activity.
• Build business relationships with professional and civic organizations.
