Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III to support maintenance and repairs on multifamily properties. You will perform HVAC and appliance repairs, help with apartment make-readies, and assist with preventive maintenance programs.

This role requires coordinating with the Service Manager and property teams to meet move-in readiness standards and safety guidelines. The position emphasizes reliability, safety training, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on an on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• High School diploma – preferred.
• EPA section 608 Type I – Appliance, Type II – HVAC or Universal.
• Basic appliance repairs knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC and appliance repairs and assist with make-readies.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and inspections.
• Maintain inventory of repair supplies and tools.
• Support on-call schedule and respond to resident requests per standards.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper tool security.
