Formación

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications (Type 1, Type 2 or Universal) are required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications are required for all Service Technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and inspects completed work.
• Tracks inventory, renews materials, and notifies supervisor on re-ordering needs.
• Maintains documentation and paperwork for service requests.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, and supports cost-control efforts.

Educación

EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications

State/Local certifications as required
