Job summary

Contemporary Management Concepts (CMC) seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property’s maintenance, grounds, amenities, and buildings. You will supervise staff, schedule tasks, and ensure safety, cost efficiency, and timely service requests within 24 hours.

Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, pool operations, and preventive maintenance programs. Qualifications include EPA, CPO, and CAMT certifications, physical stamina, and ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is required.

• Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and pool maintenance.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform routine maintenance across apartments, grounds, amenities and common areas.
• Supervise maintenance staff, schedule tasks, and ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Maintain inventory and a clean maintenance shop; ensure parts are stocked.
• Inspect and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, fixtures and pool systems.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and assist in budget management.
• Ensure safety compliance and positive resident relations.
