Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead the essential maintenance function at The Gallery at Playa Pacifica in Hermosa Beach, CA. You will ensure curb appeal, safety, and timely service requests while mentoring a diverse team of maintenance professionals.

This role requires 5+ years in residential property maintenance with 2+ years in leadership. A valid driver's license and HVAC certification are preferred. Excellent customer service and onsite leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in residential property maintenance.
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing a maintenance team.
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles/golf carts.
• Multi-Family housing experience preferred.
• HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the service team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
• Conduct daily meetings and provide coaching to the team.
• Organize and lead training sessions with the Maintenance Training Manager.
• Collaborate with the Community Director on personnel performance, operations, and budget.
• Manage and complete service requests and prepare vacant apartments.
• Diagnose and repair building components and inspect apartment homes for standards.
