ALCO Management, Inc. seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across properties in Franklin, Tennessee.

You will perform repairs, oversee preventative tasks, coordinate with vendors, and keep accurate maintenance records while fostering positive relationships with residents and staff. This role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to work across teams to keep properties safe, compliant, and functional.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in property maintenance or facilities management; multi-family experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of building systems, safety standards, and vendor coordination.
• Experience using maintenance management software (Yardi, Building Engines) and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect properties and perform preventative maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections.
• Review inventories and prioritize projects with Community Managers.
• Participate in on-call rotation to address emergencies and safety obligations.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff as needed.
