Job summary

Merion Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to perform diverse maintenance duties across the property, ensuring a clean, safe living environment for residents and staff. You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and various fixtures while maintaining records, coordinating vendors, and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and make-ready tasks.

Requires at least 3 years of mechanical/industrial maintenance experience, HVAC preferred, and EPA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in mechanical/industrial maintenance; HVAC preferred.
• EPA certification required; Universal preferred for supervisors; HVAC training within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, lighting and appliances.
• Schedule and perform make-ready repairs; coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain records in Ops Tech; generate WTNs; track inventory.
• Ensure safety and sanitation; correct hazardous conditions.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with ordering and inventory.
