You will ensure safety, maintain property appearance, schedule staff and contractors, handle on-call emergencies, and support leasing through well-maintained homes. Apartment community experience and HVAC skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Apartment community experience required.
• HVAC Type I and II required.
• Experience leading a team required.
• Knowledge of third-party inspection protocol (REAC, State Finance Agency, etc.)

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day physical operations within budgeted goals.
• Manage inventory of ready apartments to support leasing.
• Schedule and supervise staff and contractors; inspect make-ready units.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and maintain safety standards.
• Lead maintenance staff and workflow; report to Property Manager.
• Maintain capital inventory and coordinate with vendors on site.
