Job summary

Housing Visions is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for our Albany office to oversee maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensure a safe, organized work environment, and coordinate materials and repairs.

This full-time role runs Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am–11:00 am with on-call evenings and weekends; salary is $24–$26 per hour, DOE, with a generous benefits package.

Housing Visions needs great people to join our team! Location would be at our Albany office 203 Sheridan Ave. The Maintenance Superintendent position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am. Must be available for on call evenings and weekends. Salary range is $24-$26/hr. DOE.
