Job summary

Home Leasing LLC in New York is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee all property maintenance across our communities, ensuring all assets stay in good working order.

You will plan and implement a Preventative Maintenance Schedule, supervise technicians, service HVAC and electrical systems, manage turnovers, grounds work, snow removal, and prepare reports on property conditions for leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Property maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
• Prepare apartments for new residents promptly and in good condition.
• Inspect and maintain heaters, air conditioning, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Oversee maintenance technicians and coordinate subcontractors.
• Process work orders and manage invoices.
• Perform turnover cleaning, painting, and snow removal.
• Maintain grounds, inspect parking areas, and monitor site lighting.
• Maintain records of maintenance services and equipment manuals.
