Job summary

Capstone Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our Dallas property, Casa Hills at Wolf Creek. You will complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare vacants for leasing, ensuring safety standards and code compliance.

Ideal candidates have two years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and HVAC certification. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Two years of apartment maintenance preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• AC Certification I and II.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing according to policies and codes.
• Makes-ready to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by inspecting, making a punch list, coordinating vendors, and completing tasks.
• Tracks inventory, handles materials, and notifies maintenance supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service requests and keeps records up to date.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; performs cleaning, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
• Supports cost-control by fixing instead of replacing and using materials efficiently.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.
