Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications are required.
• 2–4 years of full-time apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
• Ability to read service requests and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team members and provide coaching.
• Prepare make-ready apartments and complete service requests.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Lead preventive maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs and safety initiatives.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and leadership.
• Travel to other properties as needed and respond to emergencies.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience in apartment maintenance

EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO certifications

Microsoft Office & Outlook experience

Yardi software experience

Valid driver's license & auto insurance

Own basic hand tools
