CWS Apartments in Midlothian, Texas, is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead a maintenance team across the community, ensuring the property's physical condition and resident satisfaction.

You will manage make-readies, complete service requests, lead preventative maintenance, and participate in safety and risk management programs while coordinating with residents, vendors, investors, and leadership to drive property success.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Yardi software experience (preferred).
• Microsoft Office and Outlook experience (required).
• EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications (required).
• 2–4 years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trade experience (required).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required).
• Own a basic set of hand tools (required).
• Able to read service requests and communicate with team, residents, and vendors in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to travel within metropolitan areas and attend functions as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance team members.

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Lead preventative maintenance program.

• Lead and participate in CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
