AEGIS Insurance Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Property Loss Control Professional to develop and implement loss control programs for insureds, supporting Underwriting and reducing loss frequency and severity.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or loss control, 8+ years of experience in risk management within the energy sector, and travel about half the time. Strong MS Office skills and professional designations are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or loss control discipline
• 8+ years in risk management or loss control in power/utility industries
• Ability to lead initiatives by influence
• PE or CFPS is a plus; fire protection engineering knowledge a plus

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site loss control assessments and issue risk reports
• Evaluate facility operations and suggest risk reduction measures
• Influence insureds to adopt loss control and risk management practices
• Develop loss control products and stay current with industry changes
• Support underwriting with loss control expertise and client meetings
• Assist claims investigations and document near misses
