TalentBridge partners with a national law firm to identify a Senior Litigation Attorney for Seattle, focused on first-party property insurance disputes and complex civil matters. Take ownership, guide strategies, and influence the growth of the Seattle practice.

The ideal candidate holds a JD and WA bar in good standing, with strong deposition, motion practice, and trial preparation skills, and exceptional writing and communication abilities.

Formación

• JD with active Washington State Bar license in good standing.
• Significant litigation experience with minimal supervision.
• First-party property insurance litigation experience preferred.
• Backgrounds in commercial litigation, construction disputes, insurance litigation, or complex civil matters welcome.
• Strong depositions, discovery, motion practice, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Exceptional legal writing and client communication skills.
• Proactive entrepreneurial mindset and growth-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on complex property insurance disputes and other sophisticated civil litigation matters.
• Develop and execute strategies, managing cases from evaluation through resolution.
• Advocate for clients through depositions, hearings, settlements, mediations, and trial proceedings.
• Prepare persuasive motions and substantive filings.
• Build lasting client relationships through responsive communication and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with Seattle practice colleagues to support growth of the firm.
• Mentor and resource other attorneys as the team expands.
• Help strengthen the Seattle practice's presence in the Pacific Northwest.
