TalentBridge seeks an experienced First-Party Property Litigation Attorney to join our San Francisco practice. The role focuses on litigation support, case management, and execution, with no required existing book of business.

The ideal candidate will be a strong litigator, capable of independently handling sophisticated matters and collaborating with attorneys across the firm. First-party property insurance experience is highly preferred, with opportunities to develop client relationships and

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar in good standing.
• Strong litigation experience with substantive case-management responsibility.
• First-party property insurance experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage first-party property insurance and related civil litigation matters.
• Develop and execute case strategy.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Manage written discovery and expert-related issues.
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other substantive legal filings.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership on complex matters.
• Maintain strong communication with clients.
• Provide high-quality legal analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Develop greater client and referral responsibilities over time.
