Job summary

C+C Apartment Management, LLC is seeking an experienced on-site executive to assist the General Manager in overseeing all operational aspects at a development. The AGM will assume partial control in the GM’s absence and will lead the on-site team to ensure policy adherence, regulatory compliance, and efficient leasing operations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3+ years of related experience, and knowledge of LIHTC/Section 8 programs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in residential housing and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications: RAM, ARM, AHM, LIHTC and CPM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the GM in all operational aspects of the asset.
• Supervise AGM and site administrative staff.
• Implement site operational policies to maximize performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and leasing coordination (occupancy, move-ins/ vacates).
• Oversee rent collection, arrears, and NYCHA-related processes.
• Manage vendor procurement and approve invoices within budget.
• Coordinate with developers, builders, and stakeholders on projects.
• Prepare NYCHA reports monthly and liaise with agencies as needed.
• Monitor and enforce safety, security, and incident reporting protocols.
