AlphaStaffHCM is seeking a Field Property Adjuster Specialist for a field-based role in Las Cruces, NM. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims within defined guidelines and regulatory requirements.

This role emphasizes a virtual-first approach to inspections, with a company vehicle provided for field work and potential travel beyond local territory as needed. A license and ongoing education are required to stay compliant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of field property claims adjusting experience of moderate complexity.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar tools.
• Experience handling high-severity and complex property claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigates complex property claims and reviews coverage and liability.
• Negotiates settlements within authority and documents decisions.
• Coordinates with vendors and partners for complex resolutions.
• Travels to inspect losses within assigned territory and during CAT events.
• Keeps accurate claim files and utilizes estimating tech platforms.
