Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of property claims adjusting experience with moderate losses.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating losses with Xactimate or similar tools.
• Experience handling high-severity/complex property claims.
• Residential construction knowledge and contract interpretation.
• Licensure: adjuster license within 90 days; 3 attempts max.

Responsibilities

• Manage a claims caseload of complex property losses.
• Investigate damages, determine coverage, and negotiate settlements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for resolution.
• Prepare estimates using estimating tech and virtual tools.
• Travel as needed (50–75% annually) and support CAT operations.
