Job summary

Olympus Insurance Company in Jacksonville seeks a Claims Manager to lead and grow a team of Claims Adjusters. You will guide complex property claims, set direction, and foster a service-oriented environment.

You will collaborate with leadership to improve outcomes, ensure timely resolutions, and support policyholders through the claims process, including travel for critical cases when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years handling Florida property claims, including 3–5 years in Florida property claims management.
• 2+ years leading, coaching, or developing others.
• Active Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License.
• Strong knowledge of property claims, coverage, reserves, exposure, and settlement considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Claims Adjusters, coaching and developing the team.
• Provide oversight for first-party, third-party, and litigated property claims.
• Review coverage matters, reserves, estimates, and settlement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Claims leadership to identify improvements.
• Support catastrophe events and occasional travel when needed.
