Job summary

CRC Group seeks a Senior Claim Specialist to investigate, evaluate, and resolve moderately complex property and casualty claims from intake to resolution. The role requires strong investigative skills, policy interpretation, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant handling.

Candidates should have 5–7 years of claims handling experience, an appropriate state adjuster license or ability to obtain one, and familiarity with claims management systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Investigate and evaluate moderately complex claims.
• Provide customer-focused service throughout claims lifecycle.
• Manage multiple claims with deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze policy language to determine coverage and liability.
• Possess knowledge of claims management systems and standard office software.
• Licensing requirements: state adjuster license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, gather statements, review policy coverage, and analyze documentation.
• Evaluate exposure and potential liability based on policy language and facts.
• Maintain accurate claim notes and reports in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, legal counsel, and external vendors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and SLAs.
