Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Senior Claim Specialist in Georgia to investigate, evaluate, and resolve moderately complex property and casualty claims from intake to resolution. You will conduct investigations, review policy language, and maintain comprehensive documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality customer service.

The role requires 5–7 years of claims handling experience, proficiency with claims systems and MS Office, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant claims handling experience.
• Experience with claims management systems and standard office software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering statements, reviewing policy coverage, and analyzing relevant documentation.
• Evaluate exposure and potential liability based on policy language and facts.
• Maintain accurate documentation, claim notes, and reports in compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, legal counsel, and external vendors as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, internal policies, and service-level agreements.
