Job summary

Turn2Partners is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to support a diverse portfolio of residential, retail, and commercial properties. You will manage day-to-day accounting for multiple properties, prepare financial statements, support budgets, and assist with special projects as directed by management.

The role emphasizes accuracy, autonomy, and collaboration within a stable accounting team. Flexibility includes remote work with occasional on-site visits in the DMV area.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance from a U.S. accredited institution.
• 3–6+ years of property management accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and general ledger management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating revenue and expense variances.
• Reconcile balance sheet and GL accounts.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Process monthly payments including debt service and owner distributions.
• Maintain real estate tax, insurance payments, and licenses.
• Support annual budgets, re-forecasts, and audits.
• Collaborate with site teams and third-party stakeholders.
