Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in property management accounting (residential and/or commercial).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating revenue and expense variances.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with audit requests and prepare supporting schedules.
