Clark Davis Associates in Mahwah, NJ seeks a Senior Property Accountant with commercial real estate experience to join a fast-growing firm. You will prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements and reporting packages for multiple properties.

Responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, variance analysis, annual budgets and reforecasts, CAM and real estate tax reconciliations, and cash position analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree and two to three years of experience including all aspects of accounting for commercial real estate office buildings.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyze variances and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Performs a wide variety of accounting functions including month-end closing and quarterly financial statements.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain workpapers.
• Analyze and explain significant budget variances.
• Prepare annual budgets and reforecasts.
• CAM and Real Estate Tax reconciliations.
• Analyze available cash position of real estate projects.
• Assist management with special projects.
• Analyze closing/financing documents to identify applicable accounting treatment.
