Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of property accounting experience focusing on CAM reconciliations, Yardi, and fund accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus organization and deadline management.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of GAAP and related accounting principles; CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property accounting including CAM reconciliations, Yardi, and fund accounting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with property management teams for accurate reporting of property-level data.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with accounting team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Support external audits and tax preparation, plus involvement in special projects.
