Job summary

Orionplacement in the Orlando area is seeking a skilled Property Accountant to manage monthly financial statements for a portfolio of multifamily properties. The role supports audits, month-end close, and funding/distribution processing in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of property accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting (preferred), and strong Excel plus experience with Yardi, MRI, RealPage or TOPS. Join a growing team with career advancement opportunities.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to use property management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned property portfolios.
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial schedules.
• Process owner funding requests and distribution requests.
• Manage mortgage wire transfers and ACH transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis.
• Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements.
• Ensure financial records are accurate, timely, and compliant.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
• Utilize property management and accounting software to support daily operations.
• Contribute to special projects and additional accounting responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
