Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college, or an Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Grade 6/7 education paths include a Bachelor's degree OR an Associate's degree with significant experience.
• Experienced candidates typically have 3+ years in design, operations, planning, construction or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and monitor onboarding and hiring processes.
• Coordinate and oversee work across internal teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve tasks.
• Plan and organize project/outage activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Monitor forecasts, budgets, cost tracking, and variance analysis for intermediate projects.
• Apply technical knowledge and analytical techniques to solve problems independently and with others.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders on project progress, safety, risk strategies, and updates.
• Develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders including contractors and regulators.
• Administer basic contract processes: requisitions, work authorizations, change orders, cost tracking.
• Support project management standards and Lean/continuous improvement practices.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to peers and junior staff.
• Communicate effectively through reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Support change management and consensus-building efforts.
