Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings with project team members.
• Support the PM in preparing and updating project documentation and planning.
• Prepare forecasts of project spending and cash flows, budget variance monitoring and cost tracking.
• Provide input for annual budget, capital forecasts, five-year plan and SOX activities as needed.
• Develop and compile KPIs such as budgeting, schedule and cost performance.
• Lead administration of project management standards and assist in meeting governance.
• Mentor junior analysts as needed and train others.
• Coordinate with external contractors/vendors to integrate into project budgets and schedules.
