Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college.
• Associate's degree with 2 years of experience in design, operations, planning, construction or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.
• Bachelor's degree or associate degree with relevant experience as specified per grade levels.
• Experience levels vary by grade, from 3 to 6 years for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and monitor onboarding and hiring processes.
• Coordinate and oversee work across internal teams, contractors and vendors.
• Plan and organize project and outage activities including scheduling, budgeting, risk management.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking for mid-level projects.
• Apply technical knowledge to solve problems independently and with others.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders on progress, risk strategies and updates.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders including regulatory bodies.
• Administer basic contract processes including requisitions and change orders.
• Support project management standards and Lean/continuous improvement.
• Provide training, mentorship and performance feedback.
• Communicate via reports, presentations and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and environmental requirements.
• Support change management and decision-making processes.
