Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in Engineering, Drafting, Designing or a closely related field.
• Five years of related experience in surveying, engineering, drafting and/or designing.
• Substitution: directly related professional experience may substitute for the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare and implement specifications and plans for Collection System projects to ensure conformance to project specifications and contract documents.
• Prepare payments to contractors and maintain related documentation.
• Prepare and update reports, records and files; process as-built drawings, survey/post videos and distribute to staff.
• Instruct contractors on forms, information gathering, and operating systems; supervise lists of missing drawings for substantial completion.
