Qualifications

• 3+ years of superintendent experience on concrete and steel high-rise projects.
• Strong scheduling capability with look-ahead planning.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex schedules.
• Proven leadership and clear communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Validated driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 60 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead field operations for ground-up construction from sitework through enclosure.
• Coordinate concrete, structural steel, crane ops, and major subs.
• Maintain project schedule, quality standards, and site safety.
• Conduct daily subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Drive production and hold trade partners accountable for performance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Consultants, and Inspectors.
• Manage site logistics on complex urban sites.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and company standards.
• Identify and resolve field issues before affecting schedule or budget.
• Produce look-ahead schedules and track critical path activities.
