A prominent construction firm in the United States is seeking a Project Superintendent responsible for overseeing general construction operations on large-scale projects valued from $20M to $70M. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of ground-up construction experience, proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office software, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years as a Project Superintendent overseeing ground up, new construction projects.
• Skilled in Procore and/or other construction-related computer software, as well as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general construction operations of projects valued at $20M to $70M.
• Interface with local jurisdiction inspectors and city and county officials.
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Manage work to ensure conformity to contract documents.
• Delegate tasks to Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day field issues.
• Complete job and progress reports and related documentation.
• Responsible for overall project success, including safety, profitability, schedule, and quality.
• Develop schedules and implement recovery strategies.
• Provide daily correspondence to the Project Manager.
• Maintain professional relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
