Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years as a Project Superintendent overseeing ground up, new construction projects.
Skilled in Procore and/or other construction-related computer software, as well as Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
Oversee general construction operations of projects valued at $20M to $70M.
Interface with local jurisdiction inspectors and city and county officials.
Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
Manage work to ensure conformity to contract documents.
Delegate tasks to Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
Investigate and resolve day-to-day field issues.
Complete job and progress reports and related documentation.
Responsible for overall project success, including safety, profitability, schedule, and quality.
Develop schedules and implement recovery strategies.
Provide daily correspondence to the Project Manager.
Maintain professional relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
