A leading construction firm is seeking a Project Superintendent to manage ground-up construction projects valued at $30M to $70M in the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and will be skilled in Procore and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include overseeing safety protocols, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project success. The position offers a competitive salary between $100,000 and $135,000, along with bonuses, a vehicle allowance, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years as a Project Superintendent overseeing ground up, new construction projects.
• Skilled in Procore and/or other construction-related computer software.

Responsibilities

• Interface with local jurisdiction inspectors and city and county officials.
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Manage the work performed to ensure it conforms to the contract documents.
• Delegate tasks to Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and other field staff.
