Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up construction projects in Eddystone, PA. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate crews and subs, interpret blueprints, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in supervision, strong leadership, and a proven track record on ground-up builds. A construction management degree is preferred, and knowledge of OSHA guidelines and construction software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent or similar role.
• Proven track record in ground-up construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specs.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison abilities.
• Knowledge of construction software is a plus.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work is proceeding on schedule and to standards.
• Prepare and submit project reports, and document any changes in design and work schedules.
