Ideal candidates should have 10+ years in construction, experience managing ground-up projects, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position offers a salary of $110,000 – $125,000 plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, preferably under a General Contractor.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Superintendent managing ground-up projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and building code compliance.
• Ability to lead field crews and maintain high standards of professionalism.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations for assigned projects.
• Maintain project schedules using MS Project or related tools.
• Oversee quality control and ensure code compliance.
• Identify construction conflicts and coordinate change orders.
• Communicate daily with project managers on progress.
