The Superintendent role oversees medium to large projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance while coordinating staffing, materials, and customer delivery on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory or managerial experience.
• 3+ years as Lead Communications Technician or similar role.
• 5+ years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with a computer and MS Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise and manage project staff.
• Act as senior liaison with customer representatives.
• Plan for and manage project profitability to achieve goals.
• Ensure deadlines are met per customer requirements.
• Manage workload distribution and staffing levels on site.
• Ensure productivity and compliance with project budget.
• Review job cost postings and manage invoicing and reporting.
• Complete project paperwork and closing packages on time.
