Job summary

Sundt Enterprise in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Project Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise field operations on complex construction projects. You will provide technical direction and ensure safety, schedule, cost control, and quality, including self-performed work.

You will lead the project team, coordinate with the Project Manager, manage subcontractors, develop the project management plan, and uphold Sundt standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory abilities.
• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction aspects, including cost control, scheduling, and safety.
• Construction project and supervision experience in similar facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in review of shop drawings, submittals, change orders and purchase orders.
• Develop and manage the project management plan, procurement, environmental, time, financial, quality and safety plans; manage risk.
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings with project teams and subcontractors and prepare daily field status reports.
• Coordinate documentation of constructability issues and design clarifications with relevant personnel.
• Develop and manage the construction plan for successful execution and profitability.
