Sundt, a 100% employee-owned contractor, seeks a Project Superintendent to plan, coordinate and supervise field and administrative operations on multi-million-dollar projects. You will work with the Project Manager to develop comprehensive plans, including safety, quality, cost and schedule controls, and manage subcontractors and field teams for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Must have construction project and supervision experience in similar types of facilities.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, and methods), negotiations, engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and supervises the field and/or administrative operations of projects.
• Develops the project management plan (PMP) including scope, procurement, environmental, time management, financial, quality and safety plans and risk management.
• Leads development and implementation of Project Quality Management and Safety plans per Sundt standards.
• Provides leadership to project team members and subcontractors to ensure relentless execution of the project.
• Ensures work is executed according to contract terms and conditions in a profitable manner.
