Job summary

Sundt Enterprise is seeking a seasoned Project Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise field operations for complex projects. You will provide technical direction, manage safety, costs, productivity, and overall quality, and take responsibility for self-performed work and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, cost control, scheduling, and safety.
• Experience supervising projects in similar facilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings, submittals, change orders, and POs.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with project teams and subs.
• Develop and manage construction plan for execution.
• Ensure work aligns with contract terms, profitability, and safety.
• Provide leadership to project teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain CPM schedule, Lean processes, and weekly work plans.
