Sundt Construction, Morrilton, AR, is seeking a Project Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise field operations on large projects. You will lead safety, schedule, cost control, quality, and stakeholder communication while driving relentless execution with LEAN processes and weekly work plans.

The role requires 5+ years of construction supervision and a four-year engineering degree or equivalent, with strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage subcontractors and craft teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Construction project and supervision experience in similar facilities.
• Thorough knowledge of construction aspects: technology, equipment, methods, negotiations, cost control, scheduling, and safety.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.

Responsabilités

• Manages field operations and is responsible for project success including profitability, safety, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develops and implements the Project Management Plan (PMP) including scope, procurement, environmental, time, financial, quality and safety plans and risk management.
• Develops and manages the construction plan for successful execution and ensures CPM schedule is updated andLEAN processes are used.
• Coordinates documentation of constructability issues and design clarifications with appropriate personnel.
• Ensures timely completion of punch lists and coordinates start-up and commissioning of systems.
• Prevents claims and mitigates potential claims in a timely manner.
