Job summary

WCG Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on our construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction. You’ll be the face of the project on site, coordinating trades and resources to deliver results that meet expectations.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 5+ years (or 10+ years) of progressive experience, with proficiency in scheduling software and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field required and 5+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Strong safety focus and ability to read drawings and specs.
• Experience with RFIs, ASIs, submittals and Procore preferred.
• Ability to read/interpret contracts and manage scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on construction projects.
• Ensure safety, schedule, quality, and communication align.
• Oversee trades, coordinate resources, and deliver client satisfaction.
• Manage on-site documentation and reporting.
• Mentor junior field staff and support Project Manager.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals.
