Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience supervising large projects and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing shop drawings, submittals, change orders and purchase orders.
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings with project teams and subcontractors and prepare daily field status reports.
• Coordinate documentation of design conflicts and clarifications with appropriate personnel.
• Develop and manage the construction plan for successful execution of the work.
• Ensure work is executed according to contract terms and in a profitable manner.
• Interact with owners, teams and stakeholders to maintain a positive project environment and client experience.
• Prepare and update the CPM Project Schedule and keep it current, using LEAN processes and Weekly Work Plans.
• Provide leadership and guidance to assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Responsible for project success, including profitability, safety, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement Project Quality Management and Safety plans.
• Ensure timely completion of punch lists and coordinate startup and commissioning.
