Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking a Project & Schedule Manager to oversee product category projects from quote development through completion. You will serve as the main contact for builders and customers, coordinating scheduling, resources, and execution to meet quality standards and profitability.

The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Installation, and Customer teams to proactively identify risks and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, construction coordination, scheduling, operations management, or a related field.
• Experience working in residential construction, building products, installation services, or similar industries preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scheduling and resource planning across departments.
• Manage projects through all phases from planning to closeout.
• Conduct routine job site visits and pre-installation inspections.
• Communicate schedules and readiness with builders and customers.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality and closeout processes.
