Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks a Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling across active construction projects from preconstruction through completion. You will collaborate with Preconstruction, Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to develop, maintain, and manage accurate schedules.

The role includes establishing scheduling processes, supporting baseline schedules, updates, forecasting, and look-ahead planning, and proactively identifying schedule risks before they impact

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience, preferably with a commercial General Contractor.
• Experience scheduling complex commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CPM, sequencing, procurement, and field operations.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and baseline schedules with Preconstruction and project teams.
• Establish company-wide scheduling standards, calendars, and templates.
• Maintain accurate project schedules and produce forecasts and look-ahead plans.
• Identify critical path activities and schedule risks.
• Provide schedule updates and progress tracking for projects.
• Deliver schedule reviews and training on scheduling best practices.
