Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Lead Project Scheduler to manage Primavera P6 schedules for a portfolio of large electric utility capital projects in the Boston area. You will work with project directors, engineers, and controls teams to develop, update, and monitor detailed schedules and metrics.

The role is hybrid in the Boston, MA area and requires 10+ years of project controls or scheduling experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• 10+ years of work experience in Project Controls, Project Management, or Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules across a portfolio of transmission and substation projects.
• Perform routine project updates (weekly/biweekly/monthly) and CPM analyses; produce look‑ahead reports.
• Track schedule performance with SPI/CPI and contribute to recovery plans for at‑risk milestones.
• Identify schedule risks and support change management, QA/QC checks.
