Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field with strong scheduling focus.
• 4-6+ years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Hyperscaler scheduling experience preferred.
• Proven track record implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced env.
• Strong relationships with owners, subcontractors and project teams; initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling efforts on multiple high-impact commercial projects.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and baselines for scheduling acceptance.
• Monitor schedules and guide Operations staff as needed.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors, and representatives to represent Clark.
• Develop bid/proposal schedules with executive management when required.
• Use analytics to identify project trends and report findings.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for execution phase.
• Evaluate construction status vs plan and communicate impacts of changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per best practices and standards.
• Travel to project sites as required and deliver Clark Corporate University training.
