Job summary

Energy Project Partners leads owner’s representation for major energy projects in the U.S. The Sr. Project Scheduler will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for wind, solar, and BESS projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

The role is client-facing, billable, and requires presenting schedules to project stakeholders, executives, and partners, while establishing scheduling standards and best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of scheduling and project controls experience in energy/construction/engineering.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed IMS and priority schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Prepare and transition schedules as projects move through stages.
• Monitor progress and update schedules reflecting changes in scope, timeline, and resources.
