Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation in Aurora, CO is seeking a Lead Project Scheduler to develop and maintain high-quality project schedules for EPC projects. You will lead schedule planning, analyze variances, coordinate inputs from multiple disciplines, mentor schedulers, and communicate risks and recovery options to clients and executives.

The role requires Primavera P6 expertise and strong analytical skills. Renewable energy and solar/BESS experience is preferred, with a focus on CPM scheduling

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project scheduling experience.
• Renewable energy scheduling experience required.
• Experience in EPC and self-perform construction environments preferred.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring schedulers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update high-quality project schedules with logic and structure.
• Coordinate inputs from project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Monitor progress, perform schedule analyses, and identify variances and recovery needs.
• Prepare narratives, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports for decision-making.
• Lead scheduling reviews with teams and communicate risks and options to stakeholders.
• Mentor schedulers and ensure compliance with company standards.
