Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support our Philadelphia-based client. The role is predominantly remote, with travel to project sites as needed for major events and assessments.

You will lead scheduling for major capital projects, drive outcomes, and coordinate with client, contractors and teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of scheduling experience, strong MSP/PM software proficiency, and a track record of delivering complex capital programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project scheduling experience in construction or capital programs.
• Proficiency with MSP, Project Online and Power Project required.
• Strong analytical, reporting and schedule recovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently review, analyze and report on baseline schedules submitted by contractors.
• Review monthly schedule updates and complete reporting requirements.
• Coordinate schedule reviews with staff and client teams.
• Analyze Time Impact analyses and assist in negotiating time extensions.
• Lead schedule reviews and drive recovery planning when needed.
